APARTMENT JAKUS The design of traditional Istrian house is know for using a combination of stone and wood for maximum comfort and enjoyment. Apartment is located in a quiet part of the town Pula, with a pebble beach only 100 meters away, which makes Apartment Jakus an ideal choice for your holidays! Apartment Jakus consists of a large living room connected with kitchen and dining room, two double bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and a spacious terrace. Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave and conventional oven, dishwasher) with modern design and air-conditioned bathroom with a shower. Living room with sofa, classical sofa and completely handmade models of historic sailing ships. The dining room is decorated in the style of the Istrian taverns with stone walls, wooden antique wheel Istrian car, painting of Istrian traditional house (Kažun) created by using the technique of burning wood which provides an authentic Istrian experience. The bus station is just 5 minutes walk. The city center is 5 minutes by car. Taxi service can be arranged on request. In front of the house there is free parking. There is also a optional parking space in a shade placed inside of house property (extra charge). There are all necessary facilities nearby to make your holidays more pleasant. Promenade is just 100 meters from the apartment as well as a pebble beach. All kinds of water sports are available. Along the promenade stretches jogging track with sports facilities. Nearby there are tennis courts, soccer fields (Valkane), diving club (Mornar). There is also available renting bicycles, kayaks, scooters, and we can refer you to the required facilities like: bank, shops, restaurants, pizzeria, post office, hospital, pharmacy, all within 500 meters from apartment. We can also arrange transfer from airport to apartment by car (extra charged) Upon request we can arrange a city tour accompanied by a licensed guide, on foot or by bicycle. It is possible to arrange bike hire (city/mtb). APARTMAN JAKUS KONOBA Apartment Jakus Konoba was firstly designed as a tavern for family use, but then was redecorated to a cozy apartment ideal for two people that want to experience original Istrian way of living. Completely tiled in stone with fully equipped kitchen and with dining area, it will surely inspire you to cook very popular Istrian meal maneštra or make grilled sardines in a Istrian way. Apartment Jakus Konoba consists of a kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with two one-person bed, a bathroom and a spacious terrace. Bedroom is tiled in stone that naturally makes optimal temperature in the summer and winter, which gives you the best quality of sleep after whole day swimming or sunbathing on nearby pebble beach. Modest, but fully functional bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, with somewhat more than 1.9 meter of height it may not be quite comfortable for slightly taller people, but that design is original Istrian way of building. Apartment is ideal for people who like to cook meals, spending time in a shade on a terrace, people who likes to enjoy on the beach and those people who just like to travel and experience different cultures and customs.
