PRIVATE HOUSE WITH 3 UNITS AND SHARED POOL Our house and 3 apartments are located in a quiet street, just opposite a pine forest, and only two kilometers away from both beach and from the center of Pula. In the outdoor area there is a beautiful and well-kept garden available. The pool was newly built in 2012 and offers a beautiful terrace and plenty of patio furniture. Also 2 places for barbecue are ready for our guests and outdoor shower as well. In front of the house there is also parking available. All our apartments are fully equipped and suitable for families and young couples. We find very important to make you feel like at home and so we try to achieve such an atmosphere in the apartments and in the garden. Hundred meters from the house there is a bus stop to go into the town. Smaller grocery stores, restaurants and even larger shopping centers are available nearby and also within walking distance. APARTMENT A3 The apartment A3 (5 + 1) has a separate entrance and two terraces and has a direct access to the pool. It offers a quiet location and lots of privacy and has an area of 55 square meters. It is modern and spacious and ideal for a holiday with family or young couples. This property has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with three single beds, which can also be put together. There is a cozy living and dining area with a fireplace and TV. Here is also a sofa bed for the sixth person. The apartment is air-conditioned, has a separate kitchen and the bathroom with the shower. For apartment also includes a small terrace and another terrace overlooking the swimming pool. APARTMENT A2 The apartment A2 (4 + 1) is located on the first floor of our private house and has an area of about 50 m?. This property has two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with 1 double bed. It has living and dining room with a kitchenette in the same place. Here is also a sofa bed for the fifth person. The apartment is air-conditioned. The bathroom has a shower. For apartment also includes a small terrace with the nice view to the garden. APARTMENT A1 The apartment A1 (2 + 2) is located on the ground floor of our private house and has an area of about 45 square meters. This apartment has one bedroom with a double bed. There is a cozy living area with a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen also has a dining table for 4. The apartment is air-conditioned. The bathroom has a shower. For apartment also includes a small terrace with garden view.
