The apartments are located on the 1st and 2nd floor of a family holiday house. They were renovated last year. The owners are located on the ground floor of the house. The yard is large and full of greenery. The surroundings are quiet and suitable for a family holiday. The town of Sabunike has many pedestrian zones without traffic and with lots of facilities for children. The beaches are sandy with the famous "Queen's Beach" where there is medicinal mud. There are many shops, markets, restaurants, private taverns with autothon food nearby. The historic town of Nin is a 5-minute drive away, as well as the tourist center of Zaton and the city of Zadar, 18 km away.
