Vacation house KIM in Premantura is a private house in a quiet neighborhood footsteps from the sea. The house has a big green garden for relaxing and catching sun. It has 3 bedrooms and an additional space for two extra beds. It has two bathrooms, one with jacuzzi and one with a shower. The kitchen is big and spacey and right next to it we have a big dining table. The house has a big living room with a Tv and air conditioning. We have a closed parking for one car and another in front of the house. The house is located in Premantura, only 12 km from Pula and about 0,5 km from the beaches of Park Kamenjak where you have 32 km of nice beaches and where you always can find a place for you self. In Premantura you have the possibility to rent a bike, scooter, boat and jet ski, surf, play basketball and do various trips to beautiful cities and islands near by. This house is just a steps away from the beach in a quiet zone near the center of Premantura. The house is also a few minutes’ walk from the local market, restaurants,cafe and public transportation. Parking in front of the house. Linnen and towels are included. We can pick you up at the airport if needed. In case you want to go out and enjoy the night life you have good bars and clubs in Pula Have fun!
