Our family house is situated in a quiet location near the center of Premantura. Our house is located 100 m from grocery shop, from the center of the village is about 300 m and the sea is about 400 m from our house. In the vicinity is point Kamenjak, nature park, with over 20 km of coastline and beautiful beaches. The property is 7 years old and has 5 units, 4 studios and one apartment. Each studio and apartment is equipped with air conditioning and SAT / TV, dishes and linens. Each studio and apartment has its own terrace with table and chairs. The house has its own garden, parking is provided within the yard, and it is possible to use the grill.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 20% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 80% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 12:00 pm.
