Two bedroom apartment only 1 km from the sea with comfortable 55 square meters, perfect for accommodating small group of 4 persons. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities for a great dining experience including a stove with 4 burners, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, and toaster. The main room is air-conditioned with lots of natural light and a possibility of lowering the blinds. A sliding window door leads to a big balcony with a retractable awning great for dining or hanging out, especially in the evening as you watch sunset over the sea. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with a window and blackout curtains, a fan, and a luggage stand. The main bedroom is bigger and has a queen bed (160cm) with an ergonomic hard foam mattress, while the smaller bedroom has 2 single beds (90cm) with a similar type of mattress. Regarding the tech, you have fast internet and a satellite TV with free Netflix. IMPORTANT: Minimum stay is 7 days. From 14.06.2025. to 12.09.2025. we only accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday. To confirm a booking, we request a payment of 10% of the total price. The remaining 90% is due two months prior to your arrival. Please note that all payments are non-refundable, and we are unable to offer refunds once a payment has been made
