Offering a beautiful terrace view of the sea, Apartment Luani is situated in peaceful Ždrelac center in the Pašman Island. Apartment is 80 meters away from stone beach and 200 meters from sandy beach. Air-conditioned newly renovated Unit (50,73 m2 with terrace) includes one bedroom and spacious living room (TV+Phone). There is also a full-equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher) and dining room, bathroom with shower (wash machine) and seating terrace area. We also offer free private parking on site. The sojourn tax is included in the price. A store with food supplies as well as stands with fresh fruits and vegetables are only 50 meters away as well as restaurant where you can enjoy fish specialties. Local bus stop is 300 meters distant and sea port is in small town called Preko on Island Ugljan from where u can take ferry and on daily basis travel to Zadar and back which is only 13 km away.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 20% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 80% when you arrive to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.
