There are few things in life as pleasant as taking in a beautiful view. Many different scenic views can be found all over the world and this is one of the best. This unique view and outdoor space truly set this home apart. It sits high above the town in an isolated area where you can enjoy heated pool, sunbathe on grand terrace, relax in shade under wooden pergola, bbq in petite summer kitchen by the pool and take joy in al fresco dining. Simple pleasures of life in majestic surroundings. Situated in a picturesque fishing town Novigrad, Lucija is ideal for families looking for authentic Dalmatian experience. This scenic town surrounded by Novigrad sea, mountain Velebit and pinewoods lays in the middle of a rhomb created by four national parks: 36km to NP Paklenica, 50km to NP Kornati, 70km to NP Krka and 120km to NP Plitvice Lakes. Its prime location and the fact that it is a hidden gem, still undiscovered by most lets you experience local life and enjoy the best that this region has to offer. After a fun-filled day you will relax in a modern apartments, located on the first floor of family home Lucija. The apartments feature a balcony with a sea view, perfect for breakfast or morning coffee as it is in full shade throughout the morning. The airy interior offers living room with android TV: Netflix and Amazon Prime – joy for every child and adults of course:), Wi-Fi throughout the property and fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Within the bathroom there is a washing machine and a hairdryer. If you’re coming with small children please let us know so we can prepare a cot, feeding chair, children dishware and many more so you don’t have to pack and bring all of that (we have 5 year old daughter so still have a lot to borrow that you may need for your little ones). Also for all our guests if you need anything extra that usually isn’t provided in apartments please don’t hesitate to ask us as we live on the ground floor and we’ll happily lend you anything that you need. The pool, the terrace by the pool and outdoor summer kitchen are shared with guests from two apartments and our family. It’s a great way to get to know fellow guests, share experiences and maybe make some new friendships :) We cherish friendly atmosphere, as superhosts we’re dedicated to provide the best experience for our guests and we just love to host!

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 20% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 80% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.
