Only twenty meters from the port and within walking distance of the first Novljan beaches (Sprogod beach 100 m), close to the center, Lidl, Plodine and Tomy stores, the apartment is ideal for your stay on the Novljan Riviera. It is located on the first floor of a new building at Mel 13. The apartment is air-conditioned and has a covered terrace - a loggia from which you can enjoy the view of the sea and the harbor. One parking space is provided in front of the building. The 50 m2 apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room and a loggia. Apartment description: accommodation for 4 people, in one room there is a double bed, while in the other room there are 2 single beds, flat screen smart TV and radio program are located in the living room where there is air conditioning (cooling and heating), free Internet , bathroom with shower and washing machine, kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster, sink, large fridge with freezer and dolce gusto coffee machine. In the vicinity, all within walking distance, there are large supermarkets (50 m), grocery store (25 m), fish market, cafes and restaurants, and a new well-equipped marina (beauty salon, laundry, snack bar). We recommend a pleasant walk to the old town of Novi Vinodolski (10 minutes' walk), and the promenade along the Lungo Mare sea towards Crikvenica, to the Wyndham Grand Novi Vinodolski Resort, 2.5 HRK in length, suitable for walking, running and recreation. Smoking in the apartment is allowed only on the balcony.
