The newly furnished apartment is located in the tourist area Sabunike and can accommodate 2-4 persons. The apartment (60m2) is located on the ground floor and is divided into a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The living area opens onto a terrace furnished with a table and chairs. The terrace is ideal for relaxing, sunbathing or just to enjoy meals such as breakfast or dinner. The terrace also has a view of the garden where there is a sandbox with toys for the youngest to enjoy, and next to the sandbox in the shade of a large fig tree there is a table and benches for sitting. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, parking on the property, washing machine as well as barbecue in the courtyard are available free of charge. About 500m from the apartment there is a children's playground and football, basketball and beach volleyball courts. A restaurant and a shop are only a few minutes ’walk away. Distance from the nearest sandy beach, the famous Queen's Beach is about 200m. The Queen's Beach is unique in many ways. It is the longest (8km) sandy beach in Croatia, and its name is associated with the legend of Queen Jelena. Next to the beach is the largest site of medicinal mud that has been used for therapeutic purposes for various diseases for forty years.
