From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the sea and the beaches of St. Martin and Valdarka, and in the distance the beach of Rovenska in Veli Lošinj. You can also see a beautiful view of the Velebit mountain and the neighboring islands of Rab and Pag. The living spaces are dominated by cheerful color tones with a white background that will fill you with positive energy and self-confidence. Apartment Ozana 1, consists of 1 bedroom, a living room with a sofa, which can be used as an extra bed for 1-2 people (160x200cm). The terrace is covered with a loggia. The parking spaces are private and 50m and 200m from the apartment. Apartment Ozana 2 consists of 1 bedroom, a living room with a sofa that can be used as an extra bed for 1 person (140x200cm). For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 10% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 90% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 09:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 15:00 pm.
Additional payments
Pets are welcome and are charged extra 10 €/night.
The final cleaning is 30 €

Excellent location and accommodation for 2. Hospitality was excellent and landlord was very friendly and nice. Pretty much everything You need flat has inside and nice view on the balcony on the sea. It does require You to walk to the beach around 10 minutes or by a car its quicker if needed. It was clean and no issues with appliances or anything else. Private parking for 1 car is great extra that comes with this (few minutes walk down the street). Overall very happy and pleased that we stayed there and we would come back for sure.
