Each residential unit has an area of 70 m², consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room and a bathroom, and can host 4-5 people. The apartments have free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. The air conditioner ensures a pleasant sleep in the summer months. Towels, bed linen, a microwave oven and a kettle are available. Pets are not allowed. A common room with a washing machine and free parking are part of the offer. The nearest restaurant is 500 m away, and the shop is 800 m away. The post office, pharmacy, doctor, larger Tommy shopping center, library and fish market are in the neighboring town of Ražanac. The sandy beach next to the house is the perfect choice for families with small children.
