Want your family to enjoy an annual vacation? We present you apartments "Felix" in Ljubač in Zadar County. In a family house of 50 m away from the beach, there are a total of three accommodation units with separate entrances (spacious apartment on the ground floor and two apartments on the floor of the building). All units are air-conditioned and have a satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, balcony and / or sea-view terrace. Free private parking is available on site and barbecue facilities are available. Each accommodation unit has at least one parking space in the private unattended parking lot of the house. Pets are welcome (included in the rental price) On request there is also a private berth for the boat in the marina Ljubač (additional charge 15,00 € per day). The boat trailer has free parking. Final cleaning is not included in the daily rental price and is charged in the amount of € 40.00. Upon arrival, a security deposit of € 100.00 is payable in case of damage. The full paid deposit is returned on departure after the owner of the object examines the object and determines that there is no damage. Apartments '' Feliks '' from the city of Zadar, world-famous tourist destinations are 15 km away which is ideal for those who want to spend an active holiday filled with fun activities.
