Apartment Carmen A2 offers 37 m² of newly renovated, fully furnished, clean, air-conditioned, and friendly living space. Apartment Carmen A2 consists of a double bedroom, a living room with two beds, a kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom. The apartment was renovated in 2022 and was newly furnished. In the living room, there is a bed that can be used as a sitting area, but also as a place to sleep for two people after the lower bed is pulled out. There is also a flat-screen LCD SMART TV with satellite reception, a hi-fi stereo system, and a radio with an alarm clock. The fully equipped kitchen has, for example, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, cutlery, crockery, and a dining area. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and bedside tables. In the bathroom, you will find a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer. You can also use the air conditioning during your stay at no extra cost. You can use it for cooling as well as heating when it is not so warm. Pets are welcome, but an additional fee should be charged. Finally, the most interesting thing about summer days is its beautiful round terrace with a partial view of the sea. Surrounded by a fragrant Mediterranean garden, a gazebo with wooden benches and a table covered with vines, an outdoor shower, and of course its own barbecue. Covered parking is part of the property, with a charging port for electric cars. What is presented to most people as an advantage is standard for us. That's why we provide our guests with 2 towels for each person, bed linen, soap, dishwashing tablets, kitchen towels, sponges, toilet paper, fresh fruit, a bottle of water, firewood for barbecue, an umbrella, and garden furniture for free. Transfer to the airport, local maps with walking and cycling routes, a welcome drink with a cheerful personal welcome, and many other little things that can make your vacation beautiful and unforgettable. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. We also offer assistance in finding boat moorings in the local port

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 20% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 80% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.

Pets are welcome and are charged extra 9 €/night.
The final cleaning is 40 €
