Accommodation description

House Pinezic is located in Malinska near the center and 30m from the beach. We offer to our guests the use of barbecue and the possibility of staying in the garden where there are deck chairs for relaxation. There are several accommodation units (apartments) in the building. The apartments have a balcony or terrace and some have sea views. Exit to the beach is from the apartment through the yard and children's playground. The house is surrounded by beautiful promenades along the sea that stretch up to several kilometers. We are at the disposal of every guest for any information.

The beginning of hospitality dates back to the 30s of the last century and we are the third generation to continue the tradition. The house is located on the main city beach surrounded by promenades by the sea and close to the center. Gastronomic offer is located 100 m from the house, shops and markets 300m. The beach is 30m from our apartments. At our disposal is a garden with deck chairs, barbecue, parking. All our apartments have air conditioning, balcony or terrace and some units sea views, free Wi-Fi, equipped kitchens. Our goal is simple, we strive for our guests to spend pleasant and unforgettable moments on their vacation surrounded by the smell of the sea, greenery near the center.
