Next to the house there is an 8*4m swimming pool with sea water, a terrace and sunbeds. The single-storey beach houses of 24 m2 offer space for up to 6 people and are built in a modern style from natural materials such as wood and stone. The living room has a flat screen TV and a sofa bed for 2 people. There are a total of two bedrooms available, one of which is equipped with a double bed, and one with a bunk bed for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave oven and dining area. From the dining room and living room, as well as from the covered terrace with comfortable furniture, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the natural environment. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a high standard of living: air conditioning, free wi-fi, Smart TV, safe..., gas grill, dining table, deckchairs and baldehin are an ideal place for an annual vacation, peace and relaxation. . The house has access to a swimming pool and a private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, an amusement park for children, a water bed, a beach bar and a restaurant. It is located in a well-protected bay, surrounded by olive trees and pine trees in a unique natural environment right next to the sea. Olive trees and Mediterranean plants are located on a plot of 2000m2, they are a paradise for children and pets. Beach house Danica, Hela, Soafia i Lady are located in the same complex where the beach bar and restaurant BAIN are located, where guests can enjoy fish and meat dishes. Breakfast is available to guests during their stay, which is included in the price of their stay. Free boat mooring is available for boat owners, as well as the possibility of renting boats and speedboats with or without a skipper. Robinson house 6+2 is situated on the island of Žut in the bay Bizikovica. The house has a spacious covered terrace with a beautiful view. It is only five meters away from the sea and has a dock where guests can berth their boat free of charge. The house has three bedrooms upstairs and a living room, bathroom, and kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with an electric refrigerator and a gas-powered stove. The water reservoir is filled with rainwater and has to be rationally spent. Although the water is drinkable, it is recommended to take drinking water in bottles. Access to the solar-heated outdoor shower. In case of cold weather, water should be heated on the stove. Electricity is obtained through solar panels (220 V). Guests have free internet-wifi at their disposal. Pets are also welcome with extra payment. The nearest restaurants, market, and ACI marina are located at a distance of 700 meters or 15-20 minutes of walking. Transportation to the house, which is paid separately, is organized by boat from Murter, where parking is also provided.

Kornati, a unique archipelago in the entire Mediterrenean, consists of around 140 islands, islets and reefs, was proclaimed a National park in 1980. Dragica house is located in the Vrulje cove, on the right side of the cove, slightly separated from all the other houses. The house is made of stone in a traditional way and consists of a small hall, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with living room. In the house you can find a refrigerator, a gas cooker and an gas oven. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary pots and dishes. Lighting is provided by solar panels. There is 12 V and 220 V electric power. The house has its own water tank and drinkable rain-water. For shower, the rain-water is used by means of a hand-pump, and for kitchen by means of a foot-pump. Sea water is used for toilet flushing. In front of the house there is a shade and an outdoor table. A GSM signal exists, and a mobile phone can be charged directly with cable (220 V) or with car power adapter (12 V). In the house there is a basic first aid kit. The size of the house is 35 m2. The house is in the Kornati National Park, on the sea and in seclusion. The nearest facility is 100 meters away. There is a waterfront next to the house. There is a restaurant nearby (100-150m), and a couple more on the nearby islands (1-2 miles). In front of the house is the sea, and for those who like to hike and climb, there is also a hiking trail in Kornati. Additionally, a small boat (kepol) can be rented. The minimum stay is 7 days.
