Immerse yourself in the laid-back lifestyle of the Mediterranean surrounded by greenery and the most breathtaking panoramic sea view in this bright, spacious, well-equipped 80m2 apartment located on the second floor of our family house which is just perfect for a relaxed holiday with your family or friends. You'll have the entire flat to yourselves where you'll enjoy having breakfast or sipping fine Croatian wine on your balcony, having a barbecue in our backyard... The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (there's a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, cutlery). The living room is large and bright and has a satellite TV, computer desk and a stereo. There are 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (the smaller bathroom is upstairs) so you'll have enough privacy during your stay. The bed in the smaller bedroom is a queen size bed (160x200 cm) and the bed in the larger bedroom is also a queen size bed (160x200 cm), and there is also one extra single bed in the larger bedroom. Both bedrooms have closets with hangers, and there is also another satellite TV in the larger bedroom. You'll definitely love your balcony with table and chairs and the most amazing sea view! In addition, there's free wi-fi, free parking place right in front of the house on our parking lot, 2 TVs (in the living room and in one bedroom) and an air conditioner in the living room/dining room. Using the air conditioner is charged 5 euros extra per day (if you decide to use it, of course). There's also a washing machine (charged 5 euros extra, or 3 euros after 10 pm) and a dishwasher (charged 3 euros extra, but free after 10 pm and before 6 am). The apartment is surrounded by greenery and it's just 900 meters from the sea (you can reach it on foot in 10 minutes (but it takes a bit longer to get back because you have to walk uphill) or by car in 5 minutes), and 5 kilometers from the city center. That is to say, it is located in a peaceful area in our town Crikvenica where you'll have your peace and quiet, but still be very close to everything you need.
