More informations Situated on the first floor of the 1930’s modern-style villa the apartment is designed to comfortably accomodate up to 4 guests. Spanning approximately 75m2 and to the large terrace, with private parking place this apartment is undoubtedly an excellent option for long and short stay, business and holiday. It consists of a spatious entrance-hall with built-in cupboard, a bright and elegant open-plan living room with a marvellous fireplace and direct acces to the terrace, an airy and spatious bedroom (1 Queen-size double bed + 1 additional stackable bed which can be used as a single bed or 2 beds apart for 2 children), a dining area, a kitchen and a charming bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped - refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster and all the necessary utensils. You will be able to enjoy all the technology available to you: a flat screen television, DVD player end Wi-Fi internet connection. The apartment is very suitable for 2-3 adults or 2 adults with 1 or 2 children.Our intention was to create more comfortable and more intimate accommodation than the usual offer. The interior has been designed, furnished and decorated in collaboration between the architect and the owner. We are located directly above the city’s main beach - you will need 10 minutes of walking to reach it. The city centar is also 10 minutes walking distance. Due to its location Crikvenica is the perfect spot to discover all the diversity that surrounds it - Islands of Gulf of Kvarner, forests of Gorski Kotar, National Park the Northern Velebit or The Plitvice Lake, The Istrian Peninsula - each of this beautiful destination can be enjoyed on a one-day trip!
