The apartment has a private entrance. The host does not stay in the house In the house, there are only two apartments and one separate room.One apartment is located on the ground floor of the house, and the other apartment is on the first floor. For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 09:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 17:00 pm.
Additional payments
Pets are welcome and are charged extra 5 €/night.
The use of the air conditioner is additionally charged 5 €/night.
