Property description

Villa Maria is an apartment house in Brodarica, with a spacious yard, located first row to the sea and ideal for quiet vacation. Guests have at their disposal a private beach in front of the house (with the possibility of parking the boat), stay in the courtyard and use the barbecue. Parking is right next to the property and is free of charge. All apartments have a balcony / terrace and are equipped with a kitchen with all necessities and appliances, TV, air conditioning, wireless internet and towels and bed linen. The apartments overlook the sea and the surrounding islands, among which is Krapanj, the smallest inhabited island in Croatia, known for its spongy tradition. Within 500m of the building there are restaurants, café bars, shops, bus station, boat pier for Krapanj and doctor. The nearest town is Šibenik, 6km away, and 16km from the property there is also Krka National Park known for its natural beauties and UNESCO-protected. The nearest airport is in Kaštela, 40 km away.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 15:00 pm.
