This 1st floor apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with two sofas, as well as TV, storage and the indoor dining area. Kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge and all amenities you might need. Bathroom with a shower and hot water – towels are provided. Terrace with a beautiful sea view. Private entrance through the terrace available on both sides, so the guest in both 1st floor apartments can have more intimacy. Also the curtain dividing the terrace in half can be provided. Air condition and Wi-Fi are available in all our holiday apartments. The house is surrounded with a private garden with 200-year-old olive trees and with access to the beach. Common grill area is located behind the house and available to our guests. External laundry with washing machine and iron is also available in the building. Free parking space is located few meters from the house. This apartment is suitable for maximum 4 guests (one double bed + two sofa beds). Check-in starts at 16:00, and the check-out is before 9:00.
