We are offering 2 apartments: they are located in the ground floor of our beautiful family home. It is very peaceful and quiet. Nearest sandy and pebbles beaches are only 5 minutes walking. If you wish to have a coffee or a cold drink or a meal in one of many bars, cafes or restaurants: or if you need to buy some food, fruits or vegetables, walking time is 7 minutes. Apartment 1 has 2 double bedroom: one with a sea and garden views, another only with a sea view. Kitchen is fully equipped including fridge. There is a shower and wc. In the living room you can find a sofabed, which can be used as an additional bed for one person. There is a dining table and 4 chairs. From the living room you can see the sea and our garden. On the entry porch there are tables and chairs – for you to enjoy lazy afternoons. During morning hours it is the best to sit on the balcony (off the living room). There is a free parking on the site. Another benefits of our accommodation are free TV, air condition and Wi-fi. Apartment 2 is a one bedroom accommodation. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with double beds and second with single bed. Villa has big POOL of 30 m^2 in front of it with sunbeds and siting area around it. DETAILS: Welcome to Villa Lidia, which is located in a quiet cove small picturesque place called Splitska. This place is the oldest known port on the island of Brač that was active during the building of Diocletian's palace in the distant 3rd century. Villa is located on the right side of the bay, in a pine forest and is only 50 meters from the sea. Villa has a large pool & which is surrounded with stone paved yard on which there is a fireplace, table with chairs under the olive tree, an outdoor shower and sunbeds. From stone pave you enter ground floor which consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 with double beds and second with single bed. There is small new kitchen and dining place with table and 5 chairs.
