We are inviting you to spend your vacation in a peaceful apartment with amazing views of the sea and the city center. Our apartment is ideal for couples or families with children. The best feature of our apartment is the outside space, where you will create a lot of memories together while enjoying one of the best views around. If you are looking for the perfect oasis and total peace our house is the right choice for you! The apartment consists of one bedroom with a double(200x180) and single bed(200x90), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need on daily basis(stove and oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all the utensils necessary). Exiting the apartment from the kitchen and dining area you will step on a spacious terrace with a panoramic view of the sea and the center. The apartment is air-conditioned. The AC is located in the bedroom and it is positioned in a way that it cools off the whole space. WiFi and TV are also available. If you are arriving by car, you have free private parking in front of the apartment. In case you want to get to the center where you will find all the shops, markets, bars, and restaurants, there is greenery surrounded path under the house and it will take you around 8 minutes to walk downhill. The closest beach is around 2km away from the house. Our house is also a great starting point to explore all the secret bays, famous beaches(Zlatni Rat), great photo points(Vidova Gora), etc. We always want to make it easier for our guests with their arrival, so if you book your vacation in our apartment, we send you detailed information on how to find us. Also, if you need help with various facilities and places you should visit (excursions, nightlife, beaches, best restaurants), we are here for you. Please be kind and tell us your approximate arrival time so we know when to expect and welcome you in front of the house. Towels and linen are included and are being changed during your stay. Every 3 days for the towels and 7 for the linen. In case you need it before we are a text away. We also provide cleaning tools(floor mop, broom, sponge, detergents, etc.) and basic condiments. In case you would like to spend your day on the beach after check out, we offer free luggage storage. The baby crib and baby chair are available free of charge(upon request). There is a parking space in front of the house. If you are looking for an active vacation just let us know, and we can help you with our recommendations. In case you want to explore the island by bike or scooter, we can recommend a place to rent nearby. Of course, if there is anything extra you might need you are free to contact us, before or during your stay in our house.

The house is located at center of a quiet fisherman and touristic village. It is just 5 meters away from the sea, and 30 meters away from the nearest restaurant, market or coffee bar. The house has a large courtyard in which you can sit and enjoy great sunsets while gazing upon the whole village and beautiful bay in which the village is located. The apartment is for 4 persons, it has two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room with eating table and a balcony. The whole house is made of stone and combining that with modern technology provides an excellent ambient for a great vacation. In front of the house there is Jacuzzi and big barbecue place and a big table that you can use all the time. Right next to them there is a big garden filled with lemon, tangerine and orange trees and vines that provide with enough shades during the day and fruits rich with flavor that you can pick freely. The village is connected with Makarska via car ferry, as well is a nearby town Supetar connected with Split. The apartment is just 100 meters from the port location. Also there is a road that connects the entire island which you can use to tour the island by taking a car in local rent a car. Close proximity to the beach and clear sea, peace and quiet in the middle of the village, lots of restaurants and coffee bars nearby, unique local food, easy accessibility by car from Makarska or Split make this place a unique spot to spend your vacation!

House Margita ideal choice for anyone looking for complete relaxation in a beautiful, natural Mediterranean ambience and enjoy the crystal clear waters. Surrounded by pristine pine forest and indigenous flowers will give you peace, privacy and relaxation from the bustle. Town center with restaurants and a supermarket is just 100 m away, and the sea and the beach are 200 m. The house is decorated combining modern and antique furniture and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with one single and one double bed, bathroom and toilet. The kitchen, dining room and living room have access to a spacious terrace ( 3x9 m ) where you can eat, but also to enjoy the sun and natural shade. The sofa in the living room can be, if necessary, to dissolve into a double bed. Sumartin is a small, picturesque fishing village on the southeastern tip of the island of Brac connected direct, daily ferry from Makarska. Bus lines connect him to other places on the island and is thus to Bol and Zlatni rat only 20 km. Only Sumartin has four beaches with showers, and a rented boat can go to one of the nearby bays

The nearest beach is 200 metres from the apartment.There is a grocery store nearby and a couple of coffe bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a beautifull view while you drink coffe or eat Croatian specialties. We prefer welcoming you upon arrival. As soon as we show you our apartment we hand you the keys and let you enjoy. Of course, we are open to answer all of your questions or give advice on the best places to visit on the entire island. You should know that the apartment is on the first floor of the house so there are stairs included. That small space is shared with the resident of the house. Sumartin is a picturesque small town situated in one of the bays of the southeast side of the island and is located only 3 kilometers from Selce. It was founded in 1646 when refugees from the Makarska coast landed in the bay fleeing from the Turks. Residents have since then been devoted to fishing, trading, and shipbuilding. Even today operates a small shipyard. Today, in Sumartin live 620 inhabitants and economic occupations are farming, viticulture, olive growing, fishing and tourism. Sumartin is very well connected to the mainland with ferry line Sumartin - Makarska which goes 5 times a day during the tourist season. Nearby Sumartin there are several peaceful and secluded bays (Rasotica, Zukovik, Radovnja, Studena, Zvirje, and Spilice) with sand and pebble beaches. Plenty of sun, beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters are an irresistible draw for all visitors of Sumartin.
