This old stone house built in 1828 was completely renovated in 2010. The house is located at Stancija Negrin near Barbariga. The house has a ground floor where there is a large living room with fireplace, TV, dining room, kitchen with all necessary facilities, a small toilet, and a wine cellar. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two double beds, two single beds. Each room has its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a small terrace. In the attic, there is another room with a double bed, extra bed, TV, cot for small children, and bathroom. Communication in the house is by internal stairs. On the plot of 1700 m2, there is an outdoor pool 32m2 and a summer covered terrace of approximately 72m2 where there is a place for barbecue and a small refrigerator, table, and benches for guests to spend as much time outside in harmony with nature. Next to the house there is only one more holiday house and in the vicinity it is all-natural and there are no residential buildings. An ideal place for people who like to spend their holidays in silence and solitude with the chirping of birds. They also have a view of the olive groves. The plot has its own parking lot and is only 8 kilometers away from the highway.

Barbariga  - Coat of Arms Barbariga is a small village in the county of Istria in Croatia. Administratively it belongs to the town of Vodnjan, and is located about halfway between Rovinj and Pula. Barbariga name derives from the name of noble family Barbarigo from Venice, which had their possessions here in the Middle Ages. The entire region of Barbariga is known as a rich archaeological site, because of numerous ancient findings from the Roman era. Among the ancient remains were found the remains of a large plant for the production of wool and dyeing cloth, then oil mill from IV century, as well as two large roman rustic villas covered in colorful marble mosaics. Residents of Barbariga are mainly engaged in traditional activities like agriculture, viticulture, and wine-making. Thanks to the untouched nature and clean sea, tourism is developing recently.
