Less than 200 meters from the beach, in Selce, a beautiful suburb of the City of Crikvenica, your summer vacation home-away-from-home is ready for you. The “Villa Petra” family house offers numerous apartment choices. It is located on one of the quiet streets of Selce and it is very easy to find. All you need to do is take the “Camping Selce” exit off of the main coastal highway, straight down towards the beach. A short, five-minute walk from the house will take you to the center of Selce where you will find shops, supermarket, post office, currency exchange office, pharmacy, bank, tourist information center, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, souvenir shop, and a harbor. The closest grill restaurant is only 50 meters away, and another one is about a 100 meters away. A small infirmary is also very close to the house while downtown Crikvenica also houses an urgent care center and a tourist infirmary. The downtown center of Crikvenica is about 3 kilometers away. You can reach it via the walking trail that follows the coastline, you can bike, take a tourist train, a minibus, or a boat that all operate multiple times every day. The closest beach, only 200 meters from the house, is also a home of the local diving center that offers many related amenities. The closest beaches are made of gravel, rock, or cement. There are beach chairs and sun umbrellas for rent, children’s beach city/play area, aqua gun, numerous coffee shops and restaurants, and the entry is free of charge. If you prefer a sandy beach, there is a gated one in Crikvenica where you can also find a dog beach. In our apartments pets are also welcome with an extra charge, subject to strict compliance with the rules on keeping pets in the apartments. Published prices are valid for 4 or more nights. For 1-3 nights, which are an exception when it is acceptable, the published price is increased: for a stay of 1 night 50%, for a stay of 2 nights 30%, for a stay of 3 nights 20%. We do not accept group reservations for staying in several apartments at the same time!
