By the other side of the pool, there is a sitting area for 6 people. It located next to a dining room, so you can even see the TV inside. This sitting area is partialy covered by a balcony. Next to this sitting are is a covered decorative area with grass and olive tree. Then you have an outdoor dining area which is covered by a pergola. This pergola can be opened and closed. Dining area has 8 chairs, and a sink next to it. In the corner of the decking, you can find a floor sitting area with carpet, pillows and blanket. It is also great for small children who want to play on the ground. The electric grill is located on the pebble area of the yard. There is also a swing chair avaliable for relaxing. The parking area can acomodate 2 or 3 vehicles depending on the size. Additional parking is avaliable on private land, just 50 meters from the villa.
