The total living area of the Villa is 230 sqm, with two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an exit to the terrace with a dining table. The dining room and living room are connected and separated from the kitchen. There is 1 bedroom with its own bathroom on the ground floor and one separate shared toilet. On the first floor, we have three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and exit to the balcony with a country view and direct sight of the swimming pool. There is also a small empty room for bags, luggage, etc. A lot of our guests regularly make dinner at the Villa, but there is also an option to visit a great Istrian restaurant with traditional food located just 100 meters from the Villa.
