Both products are for tasting and enjoying during the vacation. Because the vacation should be about hedonism, and all the rest are stories ! Tourist tax is included in the price. There is no payment for the use of air conditioning, no payment for final cleaning, i.e. - apart from the rental price, there are no additional fees. When the guest decides to make a reservation, the rule is to send approximately 25% of the total amount of the reservation. We round up to the full amount for easier calculation of the remaining payment. The cancellation policy is strict (no refund of advance payment). Smoking is allowed on the terraces of each apartment. Pets are allowed with an additional charge of €5 for small breeds and €10 for medium and large breeds. If you prefer the night life, you can visit an open air disco club in Podgora or in Makarska. For gourmans, the best restaurant is the third house far from us. Our brand new apartments, (3 stars) have air condition, satelitte TV, extra charged wireless internet and a fully equipped kitchen. There is room enough for several cars (6) Around the house is a large Mediterranean garden, surrounded by high hedges where children can play freely and we have a ping-pong, bowling and so on. The owner does not live in the house and the whole house available to guests.

On the floor, there are two smaller suites, designed to accommodate four people, while the ground floor is a two bedroom apartment, which accommodates up to 8 people. On the back side of the house are at your disposal and a large fireplace. The apartments have the same level of equipment. All have one or two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In backyard has an outdoor shower and a large parking area, all fenced. Tourist resort Zdrijac has one of the few natural sandy beaches in Croatia. Beach picture on the left is close to home. The sea is very shallow scratch so it is ideal for small children. Approximately 200 meters from our house is the beautiful sandy peninsula. The same stretch over a kilometer rounded so almost the entire town of Nin. On the dorsal side of this peninsula is known Nin mud that has healing properties. They are especially known its benefits and help in the treatment of rheumatic problems. Beach in Zdrijac not only living experience but also provides wonderful views over the evening and night walks. Ideal for surfing and kiteboarding, and a school.....
