You can get to Žirje from Šibenik by ferry or catamaran. The house is located in Muna bay (ship and ferry dock), 10 m from the sea. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. The area is 30 m². In front of the entrance there is a terrace of 16 m² which is covered with an awning and offers a view of the sea. On the same terrace next to the entrance to the studio apartment, there is a separate entrance to the bathroom and toilet that belongs exclusively to the apartment. The apartment has air conditioning, Wi-fi, TV, dishes, refrigerator with freezer, electric stove for cooking and baking, double bed, wardrobe and auxiliary sofa bed. The house is located in Medulin, in the Posesi area, it is about 120 m². You have a wonderful view of the sea from the house. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs, a large living area with a large sofa bed, a kitchen (fully equipped, including a dishwasher) and two bathrooms (one with a washing machine). There is also an outdoor shower and a BBQ. The beach in Posesi, a few meters away, can be easily reached on foot. You can easily reach the large sandy beach and the harbor promenade of Medulin along the beach promenade. Restaurants, cafes and bars abound in the area. It is air-conditioned and has a secured parking space 200m from the apartment. The location is great because it is close to the center, restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy. The nearest beaches, Kadin and Zagazinjine, are only a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is registered for 3 persons (2+1). When making a reservation, an advance payment in the amount of 100 euros is paid to the renter's account. In case of no-show, the advance payment is not returned. The rest of the amount for the reserved accommodation is paid to the renter's account or in cash on the day of arrival, depending on the guests' priorities. The sea is about half a meter deep with a sandy bottom, which is ideal for children. In front of the house there is a covered wooden terrace with a table and benches where you can enjoy the shade and have lunch, and right next to it is a stone grill. There is also an overhang right in front of the house that provides shade. There is an outdoor shower on the terrace. The ground floor of the house consists of one space in which there is a new modern kitchen with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Of the kitchen appliances, there is a kettle and a coffee machine. The living room consists of a sofa bed that becomes an extra bed, a small table for the sofa, an old massive wooden shelf, and a television. The air conditioner is located upstairs to provide a more comfortable sleep. Behind the house, there is a spacious yard that is fenced on all sides, and on one side there are 6 olive trees right next to the edge of the yard.
