Brand new Luxury villa in Podgora, built and fully equipped in 2021, ready for guests. Villa is located in a quiet neighborhood far from other properties, surrounded by pine trees and olive groves. Villa is located 350 m from sea and beach, 800 m from the center, 400 m from the grocery store. Apartments are designed so our guests can enjoy the gorgeous views from all balconies, rooms, and levels, overlooking the sea and islands Brač and Hvar as well as a panorama of our cozy village. The main floor garage fits 4 vehicles, plus outdoor parking space and access to video surveillance. Villa has three stories and four apartments. Two spacious double-level apartments 160 square meters each, One-two bedrooms apartment, and one studio apartment suitable for two persons. Each apartment has a separate entrance via an internal or external staircase through the shared Mediterranean garden with lovely exemplars of local trees and plants carefully chosen for you to enjoy. Garden offers a large stone BBQ. All apartments feature new modern furniture, fully equipped with new technology and inventory to suit all of your needs and to ensure full comfort of the vacation of your dreams. Each apartment has air-conditioning, cable TV, and free WI-FI. Two large, double-level apartments (160 m2 each), one has its own swimming pool, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, spacious living room, private secluded patio with garden furniture, sunbeds at the pool,(washroom at main level).

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
