One apartment is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. The second apartment is on the first floor. The apartments have a view of the garden and nearby is a forest park with a promenade to the sea, Škver beach and Banova Vila beach, which is located below the old core of the island of Rab. The beaches are equipped and offer food and drinks. Taxi boats on Škver beach run daily to the Frkanj peninsula, which is full of rocky beaches with forest shade, open, clean sea and a nudist beach. For tourists who enjoy walking and various physical activities, there is the possibility of hiking to the Frkanj peninsula along the path that leads to the Monastery of St. Euphemia and further. The distance from the apartment to the old city center is approximately 8 minutes on foot, and nearby restaurants (Borik, Nada, Palit, Palma, Ana, Šanpjer) offer a choice of simple dishes to fish specialties. Tourists choose this part of the island of Rab because of the silence, the promenade, the proximity to the center and the beach on nearby Frkanj.
