4-star apartment, newly decorated, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the woods, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or coffee. It is located in an excellent location in a quiet street, and at the same time very close to the city (the city takes 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot). The apartment is located in a private house, on the ground floor. It has approximately 100m2, contains a large living room (sofa bed 160 * 190), 2 bedrooms (1 bed 180 * 200, 1 bed 160 * 190), dining room, bathroom (with spacious shower), toilet, hallway, balcony and large terrace overlooking the grove. The apartment is equipped with mosquito nets, free wifi, air conditioning in the living room, flat screen TV, washing machine, iron, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, hair dryer for hair, safe for valuables and safe for keys. Among other things, the apartment is equipped with completely new bed linen, towels and dishes. Pula Arena is 1.3 km away and Kaštel Pula is 1.4 km away. Also very close (0.500 km -1 km) are the green market, hospital, shopping center Pula City Mall (McDonalds), Lidl, Plodine, Interspar and gas station. We recommend the excellent pizzeria Peperoncino which is located very close and the restaurant Alighieri in the city center. We give each of our guests water, juice, wine, coffee, tea, cleaning and hygiene products. Parking is free and located in front of the house. We are looking forward to your arrival!
