Property description
Apartments Cvita & Lucia are the best example of the Dalmatian architecture, an ideal combination of stone and wood, olive and oleander, rosemary and lavender. Because of our garden and courtyard our guests are mostly families with children. We are situated only 300 meters from the town center and 5 - 10 minutes walk to the beach. The place has a long tourist tradition, is located near the 4 national park just 24 km away from Zadar and 4 km from Biograd. Sv. Filip i Jakov with its beaches, long promenades and a variety of summer life can be a beautiful choice for your vacation.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
